Job Description

A strategic Executive Director builds strong, trusted relationships with clients around the implementation of Adobe, and is the primary liaison with the client executives and project sponsors. They are able to effectively communicate with clients at all levels, quickly assess their business needs, translate these needs into Adobe solutions, accurately scope and estimate implementation effort and negotiating/closing deals.

Responsibilities:

● Meet and exceed services booking and revenue quotas.

● Actively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities in accounts.

● Network within the industry, market, and accounts to bring new client opportunities to the Vertiba delivery team.

● Identify/develop key partner strategies for specific customers and market segments.

● Communicate effectively at all client levels.

● Quickly grasp client business and technical requirements and fit Adobe solutions around those specific needs.

● Manage all phases of the business development cycles to successful close (including proposal development, implementation estimating, scope construction, and client presentations).

● Proactively approach the market segment through active leadership in industry and community organizations.

● Add industry specific and technology solution expertise to the sales process.

● Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure additional business.

Qualifications

Desired skills and experience

15 years of overall experience (comprised of the following):

● 8+ years of CRM consulting experience

and/or successful sales career with quota achievement

● 5+ years of experience managing external client projects

● Hands on Adobe experience that demonstrates a proven ability to accurately scope, estimate and propose Adobe projects heavily desired

● Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP

● Analytical approach to identifying business challenges; visionary and creative approach towards their solutions

● System implementation experience, with understanding of agile approach, a big plus

● Openness to travel and work at client site when necessary
