Job Descriptions:POSITION SUMMARYThe Director of Real Estate and Operations is responsible for managing the sales activity and real estate operations at Offerpad. The Director of Real Estate and Operations ensures the operations of the Offerpad Choice division are developing and continuously refining an effective and efficient process. This position reports directly to the VP of Growth and Strategic Ventures and supervises a group of agents and is responsible for training, coaching, and inspiring them. The Director of Real Estate and Operations is the "go to" for operations’ strategy and effectiveness. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supervise, train, coach, and manage performance for a team of real estate agents and coordinators
Oversee sales activity and office operations
Lead development of any new operation strategies, including documenting processes
Utilize Broker Metrics for agent analytics and strategy
Assist with contract writing and contract-related questions
Support the department with developing, enhancing, a process for effective efficient and streamlined recruiting processes and procedures
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all internal/external customers of Offerpad with an excellent service experience.NOTE: The essential functions are intended to describe the general content of and requirements of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. Needs adequate visual acuity, ability to grasp and handle objects.
Needs ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person or on telephone.
May require off-site travel; possible out-of-state travel
Required Experience:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years in real estate strategy or operations
3+ years of experience managing agents
Designated broker or associate broker experience
Clear understanding of real estate contract and licensing law
Strong organization skills, accurate, and detail-oriented
Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently to establish and manage work priorities, activities and timelines to achieve results
Exhibits sound judgment and swift decision-making skills
Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions
Ability to critically review, summarize, and report findings and recommendations
PC skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft environment and the ability to access, manipulate, organize and relay information in a meaningful way. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Understanding and real estate knowledge in the state or states he/she resides in
Experience in real estate sales
Experience in conflict resolution
Knowledge of real estate systems (I.E. CRM, Cinc, Boomtown, Property Base, Salesforce)
