Job Details
You will be responsible for deploying and implementing ERP systems to our clients. Partnering cross-functionally to drive process and system enhancements Your goal will be to build a global process improvement program, establishing strategies to identify process gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and develop a framework for prioritizing and driving improvements. This role will be required to partner and influence cross-functional stakeholders around the globe to align on long-term business goals.
Must haves: 2+ years of program/project management experience. 2+ years of managing the Implementation of large ERP systems (HCM, Oracle, SAP, Workforce). Skilled at creating and implementing scalable process that creates efficiency and effectiveness. Experience working cross-functionally and holding people accountable for deliverables without a formal reporting structure A strong track record of sustained and continuously improving operational excellence Excellent communicator and feel comfortable presenting to C Level Execs. Service-oriented. You understand that people are the core of who we are and place a premium on customer service. Highly organized. You know how to manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately and can succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
