Support the consolidation and reporting of quarterly projections, Annual Operating Plan, and 5-year Strategic Plan
Prepare monthly/quarterly presentations for the Executive team and BOD
Research forecast variances to determine key drivers and provide feedback to management
Develop key financial metrics analysis and operational efficiency analyses
Support the consolidation and reporting of the annual Capital Plan as well as balance sheet, cash flow, and depreciation forecasts
Collaborate with other functional groups to ensure adequate analysis is performed/provided to identify risks and opportunities
Drive changes to monthly reporting packages to stay aligned with key business drivers & performance metrics and to ensure reports remain relevant for making business decisions
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions
Experience and Skills
Financial modeling and analysis experience preferred
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast pace team environment with frequent deadlines
Support the consolidation and reporting of the annual Retail Capital Plan and depreciation forecasts
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
Excellent organizational skills, keen eye for details, and exceptional level of persistency, follow through, and self-motivation
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships throughout the organization
Consummate team player who is willing to provide a high level of assistance to the finance and accounting team
Flexibility to adapt to changing processes/demands/systems associated with a growing company
High level of intellectual curiosity
Bachelors Degree required
Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (3.2 GPA or higher strongly preferred) at time of graduation
Graduation date must fall in or after December 2019
Must be able to start in the roll full-time by June 2020
