The role

NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic Future of Work (FoW) Lead to delight our clients and help build a successful Future of Work service area. As an FoW Lead, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions:

Client contributions:

  • Be an expert, senior advisor to global clients embarking on a FoW transformation initiative including talent, HR and new skilling.
  • Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive and customized FoW strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Act as delivery leader for programs focused on new-skilling, talent strategy & workforce transformation and HR transformation


Internal practice contributions:

  • Coach, manage, and mentor consulting resources at various levels to develop their skills in the areas of Workforce Transformation, HR and new skilling to achieve high-performance / high results.
  • Contribute to business development in the form of solution design, client proposals, budget forecasting and management, engagement planning, resourcing, and innovation session delivery.
  • Build internal network and partnerships for business expansion opportunities and career growth.
  • Engage in hiring process including evaluating potential candidates and interviewing.
  • Research and build out new services for clients to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.
  • Support the design and creation of the Future of Work Market Study.
  • Support the digital tool creation and platform launch for the Future of Work service


Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
  • You have 5 years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience where you contributed to growing a practice, partnered with sales and account teams, and developed advisory level client relationships. You developed custom solutions, pricing estimates and presentations, that drove business development efforts.
  • You have 5 years of experience leading successful medium to complex new-skilling, talent strategy & workforce transformation and HR transformation implementations.
  • You have 5 years working with LMS, LXP and learning development tools.
  • You have been responsible for managing $2M+ in revenue
  • You have 2 years or more experience building, leading, coaching, and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 20 members.
  • You have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time as COVID 19 restrictions are lifted.
