This role will be responsible for the overall project management of the initial set-up of the multi-functional GBS organization. In addition, the role is responsible for developing monitoring, reporting, and overseeing projects within the GBS organization. This role will involve working globally with internal and external key stakeholders e.g., GBS, retained WBD organizations and outsource partners.The DailyLeverage best practices to develop multi-functional PMO methodology and playbook

Planning end-to-end execution of projects across multiple functions and global locations

Creating project plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements

Ensuring projects are planned and executed to schedule, budget and scope

Ensuring staffing and infrastructure is in place to effectively execute projects

Keeping all parties involved with the projects updated on its progress

Spotting any project-related issues and risks and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly

Manage, train, and develop GBS PMO team across multiple global locations

The EssentialsMinimum 10 years of experience in a large multinational corporation with at least partof that time working or being associated in a global shared services organization

Minimum 7 years of experience leading large scale, global, high visibility projects

Successful track record of leading large scale global projects and development/delivery of complex solutions

Experience managing and developing teams across various global locations

Experience in negotiation skills and ability to summarize data to an executive audience

Combination of experience in both accounting ERP systems and management information systems

International experience required

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or CertificationBachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Technology, Human Resources) required

MBA preferred

Project Management qualification preferred

Knowledge/SkillsExcellent management, decision-making and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies

Project management skills, with the ability to proactively manage a variety ofprojects and timelines; demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to managemultiple assignments and deliverables

Strategic and pragmatic with the ability to carry an idea through execution

Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills

Attention to detail and accuracy as well as strong organizational skills

Results oriented mindset with a drive to achieve objectives

Strong ability to interact professionally (written and verbal) GBS Customers and all levels of WBD management and staff and outside vendors

Ability to assess and measure impact and to prioritize accordingly

Ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed environment

Proven ability to build confidence and trust with internal and external constituencies andhistory of providing excellent customer service

Strong management, training, and development experience and skills

Demonstrated ability to contribute to a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability

Willingness and ability to travel internationally
