These include gathering required inputs for a project, coordinating the testing and configuration of new products, and ensuring accurate status updates are communicated to stakeholders and other team membersResponsibilitiesFull E2E Project Management for Product Implementations & Coordination/Assistance with Partner/Retailer Integrations

Responsible for Project Pre-Planning, Execution, Wrap-Up, and Lessons Learned Activities

Manage 3rd-Party Processor and Retailer Relationships as Required

Maintenance of All Project Documentation and Internal Information

Distribution of Communications to All Project Stakeholders for Active Projects in Queue

Resolve Internal Trouble Tickets and Provide Assistance to Internal Support Teams as Needed

Coordinate and Manage All Special Projects or Miscellaneous Assignments as Required

Maintain a Good Working Knowledge of Company’s Products and Technologies

Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Various Areas of the Business

All other Duties as Assigned or Required

Qualifications1-3 years Applicable Experience Working in Account Management, Project Management and/or Product Implementations in a Relevant Industry and/or Setting preferred. 1-3 years in Software or Technical IT Environment preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT Operations, Related Field or, Equivalent Work Experience Required.

PMP Certification Preferred

Ability to Think and Act Independently while making Appropriate Decisions Ensuring Best Approach for Each Project in Queue.

Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project.

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

Some Experience with or Knowledge of Pre-Paid Implementations, Pre-Paid Processors and/or Retail POS Integrations and Systems preferred.
