Your typical day as an Invoice Deductions Specialist:Each day, even each request received is like a mystery for you to solve. You will review invoice deduction requests from clients, investigating the various events and touchpoints up to that point to verify if the request is valid, and how to address the issue they led to it. This entails reviewing the contract, proof of performance, analyzing sales event numbers and data and pulling the report together in a succinct and clear manner for resolution, which includes clearing the deduction to a Trade Fund or similar fund. You’ll get to use a variety of software as the pieces of a client’s puzzle are often managed across different tools. You’ll work independently, but interface often with the client to secure the necessary elements to complete a request. You and your teammates will support each other to achieve month-end goals, covering for each other to ensure both time off and deadlines can be met.You have:AR deduction experience

A curious mind and ability to research on your own

A personable but credible demeanor – you’re sharp, but helpful and friendly

Resourcefulness and a desire to improve processes and increase efficiency

1-3 years of experience in Customer Service in a deadline-oriented environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working in bookkeeping, accounting, or similar departments

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel needed

Proactively address any potential order/deduction/contract issues

Provide timely and thorough communication to all of our valued clients and customer

Communicate regularly with management advising any critical issues or opportunities

Participate in client/customer conference calls as scheduled; providing feedback and insight

ReportingProvide reports to clients/customers as needed

Minimum QualificationsThe following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the jobEducation Level: (Required) High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experienceField of Study/Area of Experience:1-3 years of experience in Customer service
