Excellent understanding on ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change management
Good knowledge of ITIL framework
Having onshore/Offshore experience
Track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure deployments interfacing with multiple applications teams
Problem and conflict solving abilities collaborating and influencing people across organizations and levels
Ability to lead multiple cross-functional projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to ramp up on new technologies quickly
Excellent written and presentation skills
Excellent teamwork and leadership skills. Job Responsibilities:
Manage large, cross-functional and complex infrastructure deployments such as data center migrations, complex network implementations, and large-scale infrastructure deployments for applications
Adapt project plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required throughout projects to respond to emerging requirements and risks
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skill
Experienced Project manager to manage multiple cross-functional infrastructure activities
Oversee daily management of infrastructure projects including Server, Network, storage, Database etc.
Responsible for managing the on-boarding of resources
Working with the client terms across the company to drive migration requirements and timelines
Planning Meetings, Publish Minutes, following-up on action items
Coordinating changes with cross-functional Teams including system and Network engineers
