Job Description

• Manages and overseesthe successful deployment of our innovative AR solutions to our enterprise customer accounts
• Through constant engagement with the customer, ensure an optimized ROI and identify upselling potential
• Provides resourcing, estimates, scheduling and coordination during all project phases
• Drives roadmap and development with Project Engineers
• Makes recommendations to improve project success
• Creates dedicated project plans for implementation at customer site
• Shifts project details as needed, as the project develops
• Is the post-sales mediator between our customer and TeamViewer
• Manages user acceptance and system integration testing
• Oversees rollout and user training
• Becomes a functional expert of the TeamViewer AR product portfolio
• Acts as Customer Success Manager after rollout to ensure customer retention and continue to identify upselling potential

Qualifications

• Willing to travel 20%-25% of the time
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Experience with AR and wearable computing is a bonus
• You feel confident and competent in customer interaction
• Ideally fluent in another language (e.g. Spanish, German or French)
• Team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams
• Experience with project ownership
• 2+ years of IT project management experience
• Strong technical background
