Our client, one of the nation’s leaders in the specialized insurance industry, has asked us to help them find the newest member of their Analytics and Communication Team. This Project Market Analyst role will contribute to a variety of projects in the areas of data analytics, business operations and market intelligence, in collaboration with business teams, senior leadership, IT, and customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate natural curiosity, a willingness to learn, and eagerness to grow in their understanding of the business.

THE WORK: The work includes:
  • Supporting strong customer relationships
  • Information gathering
  • Assisting in the implementation of new business initiatives
  • Assisting in the development of new analytics initiatives, reports, and processes

LOCATION: This client is located in Atlanta, Georgia. They are currently working a hybrid model, with three days out of the week on-site at the office, and two days work-from-home.

MODE: This is a permanent, full-time role.

REQUIRED: Applicants must have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Statistics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Risk Management)
  • Some insurance experience - either through a specialized degree or 1+ yrs working in the industry
  • Strong MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
  • Project management skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Verbal communication skills

DESIRED: In addition, it would be great if you had some hands-on experience with analytics and exposure to SQL, Python, or R.

COMPENSATION: The client is targeting a salary of $55-60K/yr for this role, and is also offering a very competitive benefits package which includes:
