Location: Atlanta GA- 30328
Duration: Fulltime Job Description:

  • Must have bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or other business-related fields or a combination of similar education and work experience
  • 7+ years of techno-functional analyst experience with OTM or ERP systems and good understanding of logistics business process-based skills and attributes.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to actively seek ways to apply system technology to business processes through research and identification of enabling functionality based on customer requirements
  • Must be able to develop and maintain credibility and effective working relations with business users, process owners and fellow team members in a way that demonstrates an understanding of business problems, as well as IT/IS strategies, issues, and priorities
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives and projects concurrently ensuring that timelines are balanced and resulting deadlines
  • Ability to understand the business needs and convert into clear and detailed requirements
  • Must be able to facilitate development of solutions that combine knowledge of business processes and issues, technological options, and process facilitation techniques
  • Must be able to advise on options, risks, resource requirements, and impact on other business processes and system priorities
