Manager - Cargo Revenue Management Process, Development and InnovationUnited States, Georgia, AtlantaCargo Commercial03-Aug-2022Ref #: 16317How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)The leader of Cargo Revenue Management Process, Development and Innovation is a new role to Delta Cargo Revenue Management. The selected candidate will lead the development of decision support, process and innovation for the Cargo Revenue Management team. The leader will be responsible for hiring and development of individual contributors to drive capability and innovation within the cargo revenue management team. The role will report to the General Manager of Revenue Management Americas. Roles and Responsibilities:Develop functional Revenue Management reporting and KPIs for decision and process support
Oversight of Revenue Management continuous improvement lifecycle, through innovative solutions, for best in class capability
Customer shopping routing optimization via Revenue Management tools
Development and oversight of Revenue Management best processes and alignment across global teams
Revenue Management business lead for systems and cross-functional projects with Technology, Sales, Distribution and Product stakeholders
Oversight of Revenue Management system demand forecast, outputs, diagnostics and vendor management
Effective, clear communication of optimization topics and impact to Revenue Management team members and cargo business leaders
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.
Must have ability to work with diverse groups and perspectives
Ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing and executing multiple priorities in a time sensitive environment with minimal supervision
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative discipline such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Decision Science, Operations Research or 5+ years of equivalent experience leading teams in quantitative or revenue optimization roles
