• Responsible for program management, leading the analysis on business cases and strategic TechOps growth projects.
• Maintains a solid understanding of the assigned business area including programs and its strategic objectives, reporting requirements and financial needs to senior leadership and Finance.
• Offers solutions to streamline and automate processes.
• Makes recommendations and frequent presentations to senior management regarding all strategic activities for the business unit driving revenue and profitability growth.
• Manages a team responsible for developing targeted action plans in support of commercial initiatives.
• Provides strategic leadership and guidance to ensure all business development cases are in support of the day-to-day operation to achieve key performance targets.
• Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills are required.
• Should be highly proficient in written and oral communications and able to produce concise, relevant, strategically-driven documents and presentations for senior management.
• Should have demonstrated initiative and work well in a team/matrix environment.
• Must be able to work with highly confidential information, minimal supervision and should be able to work under strict deadlines and on multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
