At Oshkosh Corporation we are dedicated to designing and building the world's toughest specialty trucks and truck bodies and access equipment by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the people who use them.SUMMARYResponsible for the implementation of the overall sales and marketing plans with assigned accounts including distributor operations. Participate in and coordinate the execution of sales objectives, strategies and policies.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.Maintain complete Business Planning Document for account (Sales function).2.Provide input that helps direct market development, sales promotion, distribution and pricing policies which are integral to successful market penetration (Marketing function).3.Analyze and report market trends, potentials and sales forecasts.4.Recommend changes, additions, improvements for Jerr Dan's products.5.Work with sales personnel in further developing existing and new user accounts.6.Maintain effective working relationships with all account principals to assure commitment and aggressive pursuit of sales for Jerr-Danproducts.7.Recommend any changes and additions in distribution.8.Continually provide and document competitive activity and information.9.Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts.10.Develop information for Access Management needed for any required report.11.Prepare other reports as required on a timely basis and document minutes of all important meeting with distributors assigned.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSRequired:Bachelor’s degree in related field6-plus years related experienceOshkosh Corporation is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
