10+ Experience in Retail Industry
8+ years of experience in Sterling OMS
Having knowledge in 9.5 version of Sterling OMS with Strong Java development skills
Responsible for technical solution design and development
Ability to write complex programs using the Sterling Implementation Framework - Very clear concepts of Database, J2EE
Experience of developing custom code for agents, user exits, SOAP and RESTful Services.
Must have worked as a development lead working with a team of offshore developers
Very familiar with Kafka, Application Server (JBOSS, WebLogic), Data Base Servers (Oracle, DB2) load balancers, intranet and internet deployments
Demonstrated customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to business and technical audiences
Accurate, detailed knowledge of specified technology software, services, and experience with applicable consulting practices, methodologies and tools
Maintains and expands technical and business knowledge through study and on-site delivery experience
Describe and demonstrate features, functions and benefits in relation to the customer’s environment and requirements
