This position serves as a functional consultant for the implementation of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM). Individuals should possess a strong foundation and expertise in implementing and/or developing HR solutions via Oracle EBS HCM Modules. Experience should correlate to the business processes that enable companies to manage, attract, retain, and motivate the workforce in many of the following areas:
Core HR, Benefits & Compensation. Any 2 Modules.
Talent Management & ORC/OLC
Consultants will be involved in the design and implementation of technology-enabled business solutions and work to integrate process and technology in solving client business issues across multiple industries. EDUCATION
A Bachelor’s/Master degree in human resources, computer science, business or a related field is required.

Role description Provide technical consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for Oracle Fusion projects
Extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Hire to Pay) & Cloud ERP Business Process
Deep knowledge on Oracle native tools including BIP, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI
Good hands-on experience on Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC), PaaS
Good consulting and communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Required Skills:

Deep knowledge on Hire to Pay process in Oracle HCM Cloud,
Extensive knowledge on Oracle cloud native tools,
