Line Liaison Engineering (3 Positions-Aerospace, Mechanical Systems, Electrical)
A minimum 5 years of experience providing engineering liaison support for line aircraft and live aircraft operations.
At least 3 years of specific experience in the design and analysis of aircraft structural repairs.
Systems/electrical engineering experience can be substituted for structural experience for this role.
Previous experience with one or more of the following systems: pneumatics, hydraulics, air conditioning, landing gear, water/waste, avionics, cabin furnishings
Winning candidate must have a safety-first mindset.
Previous airline, military, OEM or MRO experience with commercial aircraft is strongly preferred. Familiarity with airline flight operations and support systems, 14 CFR 121 dispatch regulations and 14 CFR 145 repair station regulations are desired.
Knowledge of composite and/or sheet metal repair strongly preferred.
Knowledge of both Airbus and Boeing structure/components strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting systems
Proven ability in navigating and understanding OEM standard wiring practice manuals.
Prior experience with OEM wiring drawings.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Bachelors' Degree in Engineering with 10+ years aviation related experience, or Masters' Degree in Engineering with 8 years aviation related experience, or Ph.D. Degree in Engineering with 4 years of applied engineering experience, or 10-15 years in a technical aviation related discipline with 4-6 years in an aviation engineering organization with focus on line maintenance and repair design. Candidate with less experience will be considered at Grade 7N, SR Engineer.
Ability to work odd hours and/or weekends (shift work) is a MUST.
Adaptable and flexible with the ability to perform and excel in a stressful environment with short deadlines.
Extensive knowledge and technical expertise related to the principles, theories, and concepts pertaining to his/her job function.
A wide knowledge of other engineering related disciplines is also desired. Accurately anticipates the not so obvious impact of various solutions to technical problems.
Provide feasible alternatives to solve complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
Provide technical guidance, assistance, and work direction to Senior Engineers and Engineers.
Ability to analyze incomplete information and implement timely decision making while mitigating risk factors.
Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills, strong project management skills; written and verbal communication skills; multi-tasking abilities; proven results-orientation; and strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
