The Digital Transformation and Technology department is looking for a Principal Team Leader for the Customer Technology Solutions team. In the Feature Group Leader role, you will oversee development, implementation and performance for a group of feature teams. You will be responsible for analyzing the competitive landscape for capability-oriented and emerging trends in development and technology. In this role, you will manage a group of 3-4 feature leads who are responsible for the product backlogs of individual development teams working on the Customer Care and Inspiration ecosystem. Additionally, you will be responsible for the overall product backlog that guides the release train for the collective group of feature teams.We need you to apply your technical and leadership skills to manage a group of feature team leads toward a holistic strategy and roadmap. You will be responsible for helping teams unblock issues, facilitate delivery of their products, as well as guiding the direction for release planning within the teams. Additionally, this role is responsible for planning and leading quarterly planning increments between the feature teams and marketing. This role is also responsible for release train planning, to ensure that all releases between the Customer Care and Inspiration Feature Teams are well coordinated.Sound like a challenge you'd like to take on? Apply today & let's get to work!· Manage a team of 3-4 people focused on a Feature Lead role within the Customer Care and Inspiration team· Oversees key feature health· Serves as a voice for the consumer while removing obstacles to allow work to continue· Lead weekly scrum of scrum ceremonies from a feature team perspective in tandem with scrum masters· Define features and help shape user stories· Refine scope against delivery capacity· Prioritize and manage the overall roadmap for a feature group· Drive design, output and delivery discussion· Establish feature acceptance criteria· Drive objectives and release content via prioritized features and enablers· Plan and lead quarterly planning increments· Release train planning for the Customer Care and Inspiration Feature Group· 7+ years of Agile product management and development methodology experience· Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)· Experience mentoring and leading a team· Experience with Agile techniques, including: User Stories, Agile Games, Automated Testing, and Test Driven Development· Knowledge of other methodologies within in the Agile space, including: Kanban, LeSS, and SAFe· Experience working with wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision on most outcomes· Capable of representing the organization in outside discussions and technical forums.· Experience assisting with the selection and/or oversight of outside partners and professionals to effectively deliver results· Strong interpersonal and communication skills· Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO7Bachelor's DegreeTechnical Field of Study3.0ID: 2019-7253 External Company Name: Chick-fil-A, Inc.
