With our extensive technology portfolio, experienced team and trusted brand, we have been recognized as the partner of choice – worldwide.The Business Operations Program Manager will work across all HBT businesses, regions, and functional areas to define and drive the Business Operations management operating system (MOS) to drive Honeywell Digital projects, deliver the annual fixed cost plan, and manage other programs, as needed.Managing fixed cost is critical to HBT productivity and profitability growth, while enabling continued investment in the businesses.You will use your financial acumen, project and organizational skills to work closely with the business General Managers and CFOs to create plans for each business, assist in project ideation, and ensure timely project submittals.Honeywell Digital focuses on how we transform business processes using data and standardization.Projects will span multiple functions and businesses. You will be in a highly visible position and that requires direct interaction with peers and leaders across businesses and functions.This role requires an experienced leader with a proven track record of working across businesses and delivering results.Use your agility and ability to support internal clients to initiate and execute projects, achieve metrics and track milestones.Take a General Manager’s view assuming ownership of programs.Increase your business acumen while applying your knowledge to effectively manage across businesses to deliver the Fixed Cost Power of One and drive Honeywell Digital.Join the team that helps to improve business processes and drive business performance.JOB ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:You will work with Business Operations, Enterprise Business Transformation (Honeywell Digital), Finance, HBT Business leaders, Functional and Corporate Leadership and Project Managers to coordinate and manage all Business Operations activities, including:· Develop and drive a strong program management MOS· Manage project charters, risk and mitigation plans, project schedules, cost and saving calculations and methodology.· Deliver projects on budget, on schedule with identified financial and business benefits.· Ensure each GBE/Regional Business has a robust fixed cost process and pipeline with execution plans/capabilities· Manage Monthly and Quarterly operating cadence for Corporate submittals, as required· Coordinate project execution reporting to demonstrate progress on fixed cost/productivity and other programs· Conduct periodic and recurring business review and senior leadership briefingson program progress and resultsYOU MUST HAVE / QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor degree required in Business, Finance, or a related field

7-10 years minimum business, finance and/or project/program management experience

Strong track record of leading change in a complex, matrix organization

Knowledge of fundamental program management principles; Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification

Strong business and financial acumen

Proven track record of delivering results in a matrixed environment

Ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment

Solid presentation and oral and written communication skills with proven ability to influence

Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities

Improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting results

Demonstrated ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision

Ability to foster good relationships, work independently and in collaboration with global teams
