Lead the overall planning and execution of initiatives across the Southeast region.
Achieve social impact at scale with technology at scale, and activate IBMers to join this work.
Actively collaborate with internal & external partners to define program goals and objectives, key intervals, and other project success factors.
Identify communication tools and strategies to champion high-end engagement to increase program awareness, participation, and evangelism.
Build and nurture ongoing strategic partnerships and alliances.
Develop a keen understanding of IBM's quickly evolving portfolio; utilize these new technologies and approaches to address major social issues.
Measure and report on impact - for IBM, our community, and the world.

A minimum of 5 years professional work experience showing us your measurable outcomes, influencer abilities, and innovation in-action.
Outstanding organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities.
Initiative, accountability and flexibility in pursuing assignments.
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build a community and activate others; adaptable to different cultures and business environments.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Fluent in written and verbal Spanish.
