Strong Problem Solving /Analytical Skills - Identify and fix issues, address escalations and resolve in timely and efficient manner for successful planning
Understanding of Google Cloud/Similar products - Basic understanding industry landscape, product landscape
Strong Problem Solving and Analytical skills
Required Skills:
BA/BS Degree is required.
Certification - Any Cloud Product certification. Preferably Google Cloud Digital Leader.
2 years + Project Management or Ticket Management for Customer support or similar workflow
Strong experience with Google Workspace products ( Google Sheets, Doc)
Basic SQL/ Dash boarding skills
Understanding of Google Cloud
Google Workspace - Advanced Google sheets and Google Docs experience or similar products.
Basic SQL - Ability to create or modify simple queries or make simple dashboard
Strong written/Verbal communication
SQL - Advanced SQL skills to conduct business analysis on a case to case basis and ability to create advanced dashboard using SQL/Looker.
Advanced knowledge of sales planning/CRM tools like salesforce/Anaplan - 2+ year experience as primary user of tool / CRM subject matter expert.
Nice to have Skills (not required):
2+ years of experience Sales Planning /CRM/ Cloud Support with tools like Salesforce, Anaplan.
