; Description
Support the Information Technology Enterprise Portfolio Management Office by providing admin support for the tools and processes of the IT (Information Technology) Team. This position will partner with IT leadership and project managers to manage and track Gate Governance activities. The Project Coordinator will run monthly metrics reports utilizing the tools supported by the ePMO to provide leadership. This position will utilize the Microsoft suite of tools to manage project data and generate ad-hoc and scheduled reports for IT leadership. This position will assist with internal IT projects to further ensure the PMO (Project Management Organization) tools support data transparency and reliability.Documents and analyzes required information and data for project portfolios. Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations. Good Knowledge and understanding of projects budgets including Capital and Operating expenses: Periodic budget forecast including reconciliation. Assists in enforcement of portfolio deadlines and schedules.
; Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings as needed
Ensuring projects adhere to the ePMO governance frameworks
Support coordination for scheduling meetings and
Support process improvement and implementation efforts as directed by manager
Track and maintain records of projects reviewed as part of the Gate review, and bi-weekly reviews
Coordinate and schedule meetings: Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Provide reportings as needed to leadership using the tools available ensuring data accuracy.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
Other related activities as directed by Manager

; What you need to succeed: Job Experience (number of years, type/level of previous experience)
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
3+ years understanding of the key concepts related to Project Management and the implementation of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
3+ years knowledge of project management tools, especially cloud-based software
Proficient in using modern O365 tools (Teams, SharePoint
Excel
PowerPoint
Word
MS Project)
Mid to High Level proficiency in visualizing data and analysis (excel, PowerBI)
Mid to high level proficiency in working with spreadsheets, presentations, documents, and databases
Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
