We're looking for a talented Project Manager, experienced in retail and/or medical/dental facilities construction, to support our client in Atlanta. Excellent opportunity to utilize strategic and analytical thinking, coupled with great communication and organizational skills to drive impactful construction projects.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Annual Salary: $60K - $90K

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
  • Actively manage ongoing project budgets to completion
  • Support major infrastructure, operations, and maintenance projects
  • Support planning, management, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned projects
  • Manage a variety of facilities projects of wide ranging sizes and scopes
  • Develop, organize, and maintain standard forms, documents and design drawing standards
  • Implement change management processes
  • Attend meetings and provide project status reports

Requirements of the Project Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in construction, facilities, architecture, or engineering related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • At least 5 years of retail or medical/dental facilities or construction experience
  • Strong communication, management, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with commercial construction techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to travel 30-40%
