Our client is a software powerhouse in Atlanta and they are seeking a

Project Manager to join their Mergers and Acquisitions Operations team!

Here's what you'll be doing:


  • Managing the entire project lifecycle from project definition/scope through implementation

  • Developing project plans and driving project milestones

  • Employing project management methodologies and tools, like MS Project

  • Identifying, coordinating, and managing resources and key stakeholders for project

  • Ensuring effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project

  • Managing all communication plans, training and documentation

  • Delivering projects on time, at/under budget and within scope

  • Communicating project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project


Here's what our ideal candidate has:


  • 6+ years of IT Project Manager experience

  • Mergers and Acquisitions experience

  • Experience with operational integration projects/programs

  • Knowledge of IT risk, compliance, and auditing is beneficial

  • Experience with business processes, process flows, and process improvements is beneficial

  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio

  • Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills
