Description As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Buying out contracts for each of the Trades Managing the permitting process Maintaining a submittal log and ensuring all documentation is recorded in ProCore Mentoring Assistants and working closely with the VP of Construction Managing the budget, scheduling and performance management reporting on the project Handling change orders, RFIs and materials management The successful candidate must have the following: Construction related Degree Experience in building 2 x ground up Multifamily projects from start to finish Experience in building podiums / type 3 wood frame projects Experience in building precast parking decks Experience in heavy civil components of projects Expertise in using ProCore The business prides itself on their great culture and ability to operate as a cohesive team.
