CFA Business Services, Chick-fil-A’s shared services entity, operates as a business within a business, providing multi-disciplinary functional support to Chick-fil-A’s subsidiaries & affiliates. We are building for scale as we design a functional support ecosystem that’s capable of supporting Chick-fil-A’s unprecedented growth. The Project Specialist role will enable consistency in process excellence as well as the addition of new services for our customers. As a Project Specialist, you will oversee the development and launch of new services for our customers. Additionally, you will drive process evaluation and improvement of available services to ensure continued process excellence and efficiency.
Lead the rollout of new services, following a consistent project execution checklist which includes process change evaluation, documentation, associated technology development oversight and testing, and stakeholder communication
Oversee continuous improvement efforts to existing services, updating associated process documentation and service enablers as appropriate
Lead the rollout of a self-service knowledge management system in partnership with Digital Transformation and Technology
Oversee the business needs and ongoing maintenance of the CFA Business Services’ online customer request portal and other operational platforms
1 or more years of experience leading small to medium sized projects including stakeholder impact assessment, project schedule creation, budget management, and transition planning

2 or more years of experience leading small to medium sized projects
Experience creating process flow documentation using Visio or similar software
Pursuing Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
Pursuing Lean/Six Sigma certification
