Sales Account Manager / Business Development Manager- IT Staffing / Solutions Full Time Atlanta, GA - Remote/Hybrid Job Description Exciting opportunity for a Sales Account Manager to join a fun, growing, and award-winning National Consulting and IT Staffing firm. The sales account manager will leverage our current network, prospect new clients, and discover client needs to propose appropriate staffing solutions offered by KR3 Information Systems Inc. Responsibilities: Manage and grow existing accounts and use your experience to prospect and develop new business Identify client needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions and/or alternatives Understand each requirement from client and develop strategic recruiting plan to attract high- caliber talent. Manage end-to-end recruitment process (requirement release to onboarding) Provide relevant industry expertise and market intelligence to clients. Generate sales leads and set client meetings to develop new accounts, establish relationships, and close viable business opportunities Proactively uncover opportunities and present our services and solutions to key decision-makers Good understanding existing, new and emerging technology Familiar with practical and pragmatic application of existing, new and emerging technologies. Able to maintain a high volume of job requisitions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of sales or related work experience (IT preferred) Knowledge or experience selling Staff Augmentation and IT Solutions or Professional Services. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals Experience working with MSP/VMS and/or collaborating with offshore teams is a plus. Ability to attend networking events, sporting events, lunches, dinners, etc. to build client relationships Skills: Flexibility to thrive and adapt in a high growth, fast paced, evolving industry Entrepreneurial, proactive nature Goal oriented with persuasive abilities Exceptional level of professionalism, people skills and proven relationship management Comfortable with cold/warm leads and calls Able to work independently with high energy and a positive, sense of urgency attitude Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
