The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with 2-5 years of work experience and strong process engineering and/or data analytical skills in a finance-related field.
Duties & Responsibilities
Create and modify business processes while collaborating with leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company's performance
Coordinate alignment between multiple stakeholder groups; Educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time
Monitor data/metric trends to ensure the desired outcomes were achieved and implement necessary thresholds/metrics to quantify success
Analyze operations key performance indicators and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency
Facilitate a culture of process management by assisting in process, program, project, controls, and risk management

Required Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At least 2-3 years experience in Process Improvements, Process Redesign, and Cross-functional problem-solving
Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to solve day to day business problems working with teams
Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
