Job Description

THIS IS A FULL TIME PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY IN ATLANTA. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ownership of the roadmap, metrics, and technology that ensures the our client's operations team is solving the right driver need at the right time and has the tools to do it effectively and efficiently to best serve our drivers.
  • Strong experience working in an Agile environment.(CSPO would be a plus).
  • Experience in the Supply Chain/Logistics industry is required for this role.
  • Roadmap & Features: You will own the product roadmap & backlog for a domain vital to our client’s success –

    Exception Handling and Waste reduction.
  • Build the tools and intelligence that our Client's uses to track and respond to changes in market dynamics.
  • User needs: Work closely with our operations team to understand their needs, pain points, and priorities to build the product that will best support them in keeping drivers happy.
  • Collaborate closely with the Optimization and Client's Product domains to progress forward on the overarching our client's objectives
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep local teams as efficient as possible
  • Support and train the operations team to use the products and tools provided

Education
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent tech-heavy, product/ engineering background
Experience
  • 8+ years of proven success in Product Management
  • Experience in IT software project/product management or IT consulting
  • Ability to lead analytics to guide business decisions
  • Experience in operations facing function or supporting an operations facing tool

Skills/Certifications
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly articulate and present information for stakeholders at all levels of the business.
