You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple searches to bring the best talent to each role and partner with hiring teams to assess short- and long-term hiring requirements
Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high quality candidates and build talent pipelines include diverse candidates

Requirements for Senior Recruiter at Competent Systems Inc
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience independently partnering with leadership and driving hiring initiatives
Strong communication skills to provide status updates on active pipelines for assigned requisitions
You are able generate a continuous pipeline for active and passive candidates through various recruiter tools
Ability to establish trust and insight with business and cross-functional partners
Experience in hiring across various domains (roles, seniority, geographies)
Knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
