Job Overview
We’re hiring in Enterprise Marketing! Join the Account Insights & Analytics team that delivers the insights needed to drive successful lead/demand generation, account engagement, and new business acquisition for our largest customers and prospects. Your work will enable further sales growth and market share for for Business and solidify our competitive advantage of knowing/serving our customers better than the competition. You will be a key partner to integrated campaigns, field marketing, events, partner marketing, vertical marketing, and sales. You will function as a thought leader, problem solver, researcher, data analyst, report builder, and consultant. You will need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves with data, data visualization, and spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide analytical and research support to Enterprise and Strategic marketing and sales. Make recommendations that shape account/territory planning, marketing campaigns, sales strategy, RFx, customer QBRs, and offer creation.
• Build account briefing reports and presentations including company analysis and executive bios for customer meetings and events at the C-level and VP-level. Synthesize account opportunities, business initiatives, key messages, and talking points in a clear, concise, and business-impacting manner.
• Support 's Executive Briefing Center (EBC) program with account research for company briefings, prospect/customer target lists, and messaging alignment.
• Generate insights, actionable intelligence, and uncover opportunities by leveraging research tools to search out, break down, and analyze public, 3rd- party, 1st- party, information, and data. Identify our customer’s business operations, strategic direction, challenges, pain points, initiatives, opportunities, entry points, and whitespace.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ’s product portfolio, solution capabilities, product use-cases, emerging technologies, partner and sell-with capabilities, product roadmaps, marketing initiatives, industry, competitive, and market trends.
• Identify buying committees, decision makers, influencers, personas, and build account and demand relationship mapping.
• Report on the revenue portfolio for each enterprise account and vertical.
• Ensure a highly productive relationship between marketing and sales while driving strong alignment on marketing strategic objectives and quarterly goals (e.g. QGP, prospects, MQL, leads, impressions, CTR, open rate, appointments, marketing influenced gross ads, conversion).
• Deliver research to inform targeted account messaging in marketing campaigns, Account Based Marketing (ABM) engagement plans, field marketing, and events.
• Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner

Other Assignments and Support
• Build account segmentation through firmographics, technographics, and other methodologies.
• Create precision lead lists and target account lists for campaigns and events.
• Support account scoring and prioritization through customer Fit, Intent, Relationship, and Engagement data analytics.
• Leverage marketing intent data assets to build prioritized account lists, insights, and reporting that map accounts to the buying journey.
• Build Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and account look-a-like analysis.
• Drive the selection and implementation of MarTech, tools, platforms, and data subscriptions that enable best-in-class business intelligence and data-driven marketing automation across the customer journey/funnel. Manage vendor relationships and build business cases.
• Analyze campaign results and support future strategy based on learnings and insights.
• Prepare ad hoc data queries and reports utilizing SQL and Salesforce.
• Advance our “Account 360” customer/prospect intelligence and data capabilities.
• Build/support the delivery of interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using Power BI. Perform requirements analysis, data integration, data modeling, design, and BI development. Drive increased functionality, capabilities, and automation of self-service dashboards.

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years experience in one or more of the following areas: enterprise/B2B marketing, business analysis, data analysis, strategy, or management consulting roles preferably supporting enterprise marketing and/or sales.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Comfortable querying large databases using SQL (e.g. Azure, Snowflake, Teradata, MS SQL server). Python, SOQL, ETL, Dataiku, a plus. Application of ML, AI, NLP a plus.

Preferred:
• Masters, MBA
• Experience using company and industry research platforms, and marketing technology a plus.
• Experience in Enterprise B2B Marketing, marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience creating PowerBI reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Experience with Salesforce. Tableau, Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics) a plus.
• Experience using APIs and API data transfer a plus.
