We are looking for an experienced Dot Net senior resource (around 12 years) with good experience in .NETE, who can work with the team in identifying the client's needs and develop pragmatic business solutions to business problems The Individual should be have good Insurance Domain experience
Technical Skills:
12+ years in a business application development role experience in Microsoft technologies.
Follows Agile Methodologies and SCRUM process
Writes secure, performant, scalable, and testable high-quality application and database code
Follows Architecture/Design of Application, Technical/Non-functional User Stories, Code and Quality Reviews
Follows Enterprise guidelines and standards
Technology Required
ASP.NET, Microsoft Unit Test Framework, User Controls, Web Services, ADO.Net, MS SQL, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, AJAX, Data Structures & Algorithms, Insurance Domain experience
Familiarity with Design Patterns.
AJAX, UML, XML, XPATH, XSLT.
Process Skills:
Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process.
Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
Work on the agile improvements by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team.
Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
