WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Perform day-to-day Power App administration and production support, including workflows, changes, and creation/updates to templates, notifications, new app builds, enhancements
Answer questions about system performance and any workflow issues
Serve as functional Subject Matter Expert for Power Apps and Power Automate
Maintain and ensure HR app security and visibility rights are properly governed
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and document app requirements for all enhancements
Prioritize enhancement efforts across global HR stakeholders to manage global processes
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
2 years + experience with ServiceNow HRSD
2 years + experience with Microsoft Power Apps
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience with SuccessFactors another HRM System is a plus
Highly organized and motivated with demonstrated ability to manage tasks and multiple priorities
Ability to work within a globally cross-functional team environment
Ability to identify opportunities to increase accuracy and optimize resources and develops/recommends/implements solutions
