job summary:

The ideal Tier II Desktop Support Specialist will have hardware break/fix experience as well as Win 10 imaging. A+ certifications or similar are preferred.



location: ATLANTA, Georgia

job type: Contract

salary: $23 - 26 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: High School



responsibilities:


  • Advanced troubleshooting skills with computer hardware, Microsoft operating systems, as well as Dell, Chromebook, computer OS and hardware.
  • Image computers to ensure an available supply for deployment.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of available devices
  • Provide update, status, and completion information within tickets
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of the Desktop team





qualifications:


  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Education: High School (required)

  • Desktop Support (2 years of experience is required)
  • imaging (2 years of experience is required)
  • win 10 (1 year of experience is required)
  • VPN
