Wealth Management Card Marketing Strategy ManagerCharlotte, North Carolina;Atlanta, GeorgiaJob Description:Marketing Strategy Manager - Lead the end-to-end marketing and engagement strategy for our credit card portfolio, targeting the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth segments primarily across Merrill and the Bank of America Private Bank. Run the full offer and campaign strategy across these segments to drive card acquisition goals.Responsibilities:Manage and execute marketing campaign strategy for existing card portfolio; and deliver relevant offers and communications to existing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth customers to grow market share.

Develop the marketing strategy and plan to launch new card products

Align and socialize marketing strategy, plan and messaging with the Segment teams, Merrill and Private Bank Leadership

Oversee the development of external and internal campaign requirements to support the card portfolio strategy

Collaborate with analytics and channel marketing teams to maximize the value of acquisition campaigns

Work with creative agencies to develop marketing campaigns to support card sales goals

Ensure “always on” foundations are in place and managed/updated as needed, including for all product changes:

.com ecosystem product page content and branding of products/solutions

Curated content library for each solution

Recommend channel/ distribution strategy, including appropriate mix of owned digital channels, digital campaigns, direct mail, etc.

Measure and socialize performance metrics for all direct-to-customer “offer” programs and synthesize insights to inform future programs

Leverage data and insights to deliver the most impactful marketing strategy and continuously optimize the product marketing shelf through research with users and best-in-class learnings outside of our category

Assess budget required and recommend future budget and resource needs

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree; MBA optional

Minimum of 7 years of work experience

Knowledge of direct-to-client marketing

Marketing strategy, Card loyalty marketing, Product management experience

Experience managing agencies and conducting customer research

Experience partnering closely with Product Management and Data Science teams
