Responsibilities and Duties
The Pizzaiolo , Pizzamaker are responsible for making Pizzas, assisting with the training of new Pizzamaker, creating speciality Dishes, and ensuring food safety and health code standards are followed.
Open availability is required.
Qualifications and Skills
Prior Pizzamaker experience is a plus.
High volume restaurant experience, preferably in Italian Restaurant .
Works well with others and works well under pressure (our restaurants is busy).
Availability to work part or full-time restaurant hours
Ability to teach others and a willingness to learn.
