Responsibilities and Duties
Pizza Makers are responsible for making pizzas, assisting with the training of new Pizzaiolos, creating speciality pizzas, and ensuring food safety and health code standards are followed.
Open availability is required.
Qualifications and Skills
Prior experience making pizza on a wood-fired oven is preferred. Prior pizza making experience is a plus.
High volume restaurant experience, preferably in pizza making.
Works well with others and works well under pressure (our restaurants are busy).
Availability to work part or full-time restaurant hours
Ability to teach others and a willingness to learn.
