Pay is extremely competitive and based on experience. We also offer 5 days of PTO after 1000 hours or one year of employment for hourly employees (whichever comes first). We also cover on-premises parking cost at Westside Provisions District for all employees.

Qualifications:

-Ability to adapt to changing priorities

-Food Handling and Safety knowledge

-Knife and measuring skills; manual de-xterity and speed

-Ability to ready and follow recipes

-Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs

-Strong organizational and communication skills

-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Duties:

-Set up, break down and maintain stock levels at line cook stations

-Produce food items as tickets are received following recipes, plating specs and time standards, assuming 100% percent responsibility for quality of work

-Receive and store product, assist with stocking duties, follow proper food labeling and rotation protocol

Minimize waste

-Practice acceptable food handling and safety procedures including safe heating and cooling methods

-Maintain a clean and sanitary work space
