Poor Calvin's is searching for an experienced Expo to join our team. The Expo's main duty is to build a bridge of communication between the front of house and the kitchen. This is a vital role in our high volume restaurant. You must excel under pressure and be extremely organized in this role in order to be successful. You must have the stamina to work fast and efficiently. In addition to these abilities you must:
Ensure ALL food leaves the kitchen correctly
Properly garnish entrees and ensure every plate meets our standards
Communicate with Chef if there are any issues
We are currently only offering curbside togo; however, we are preparing to open for dine in service. IF YOU MEET OUR CRITERIA, PLEASE EMAIL YOUR RESUME FOR AN INTERVIEW. We will begin interviews on Friday this week.
