Joy Café in Midtown is looking for a Kitchen Manager to help ensure a perfect guest experience. We are growing rapidly and are looking for someone to ensure the highest quality standards for our guests. The kitchen manager will be primarily responsible for the guest experience by hiring, training, scheduling and developing our BOH staff. Must have experience expediting a fast paced kitchen while maintaining impeccable quality standards. The perfect candidate will have experience in costing, inventory, P & L, payroll etc.
We are a family owned business with a 100% from scratch mentality and are looking for someone who has a passion for perfection and making people happy. Must have previous experience in a high volume fast paced environment.
Serve Safe certification required.
