Proven leader in a high volume hospitality environment
A strong understanding of full service restaurants
Top line driven, customer focused, team committed, everyday
Understanding of a profit and loss statement and the systems to execute at a high level
3-4 years' experience in operating high volume, restaurants, bar and lounge concepts
Well rounded food and beverage knowledge
Passion for hospitality
