Publico Kitchen Tap Social, the highly successful restaurant in Midtown that features a made-from-scratch, fresh, local, Latin-Asian inspired menu is seeking to add a talented Sous Chef to our team. We are seeking an experienced and professional individual who is passionate about delivering great food consistently in a high-pace environment.
Publico is growing and we are looking to build a foundation of people who can grow with us.
If you have a background in high volume kitchens that are prep intensive then this may be an opportunity for you.
Someone with a background in Latin and/or Pan-Asian cuisine is what we are seeking.
Strong skills on running a line during busy shifts requires excellent organization and communication skills along with a positive attitude and a strong work work ethic.
This is a 200 seat restaurant that is busy for lunch and dinner. We do a tremendous brunch on Sundays also.
