Description/Comment:Role Definition:
Achieves staffing objectives by attracting, evaluating and recruiting candidates while partnering with the hiring managers and the divisional HR. In addition, the recruiter is responsible for executing promotions, internal movements, employer branding, attending University career fairs, etc. The recruiter influences the talent mapping of the organization by providing consultation to the managers on such matters as internal and external recruitment choices.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process; Manages the overall recruitment process to enable the fulfilment of approved vacant positions within the agreed on time, cost and quality standards. Acts as the hiring managers' main focal point.
Attracts applicants by operating different sourcing channels, such as company career site, job sites, placement companies, Employee bring Employee programs, social media networks, pool searches, job fairs and academy relations (hiring academy graduates).
Discusses job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
Interviews applicants based on a consistent set of qualifications and determines applicant qualifications on the basis of interviews, analysis of experience and reference verification.

Publishes vacancies.
Create job offers, and lead promotions from vacancy approval to salary definition and signing stage.

Critical Experiences and skills:
Proven experience as a technical recruiter/sourcer - at least 4 years
Proven experience working with managers at all levels
Proven experience on mapping and sourcing resumes
Experience in conducting interviews and in the use of diagnostic tools
Demonstrates knowledge of networking, social media branding, and sourcing strategies and techniques Additional
Job Details: Recruiter to support graduate recruiting; can be more junior but good to still have some campus recruiting experience Location: WFH to start. Need to be located in Atlanta or Plano.
