Busy business owner and mom of one school age child looking for a great local personal assistant.
I would love to find a detail-oriented and experienced personal assistant who loves organization, enjoys hanging out with kids as well as generally helping out with whatever is needed.
Duties include:
Scheduling personal appointments for myself and my child.
Booking travel arrangements.
Managing my inbox including and drafting and sending emails
Keep spaces organized, including office, closet, files and so on
Running errands such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, post office and so on
Light cleaning when needed
Occasional help with the kid when needed-driving my child to appointments, picking them up from school, assisting with virtual school, and so on.
My son is 6 years old. My businesses are real estate and a law. An ideal schedule to start would be 5-6 hours per week to fill each other out with the possibility of growing to a minimum 20+ hours. It can be one day per week or 3 hours two days per week.
