Position Objective:
Assist in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of facility; consisting of clean rooms, office space, laboratory space, warehouse area, and bio-manufacturing facility. With experience they will be capable of serving on the On-Call rotation for nights and weekends.
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Equipment repair maintenance.
2. Troubleshooting of electrical controls.
3. Plumbing maintenance.
4. Lighting maintenance.
5. Painting/wall maintenance.
6. Fire alarm and access control system maintenance.
7. Sub-contractor interface.
8. Maintain inventory of stock and repair parts.
Qualifications:
1.Completion of Associates program in related field or equivalent experience.
2. Demonstrated technical experience.
a. Troubleshooting basic control circuits and electrical wiring.
b. Installation of plumbing and gas piping.
c. Knowledge of refrigeration theory.
d. General building skills including painting and carpentry.
3. Minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience
4. License or demonstrated experience in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, general maintenance or electrical work a plus.
