*Office Hours (Part Time at Each Location)
> First Location: Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8 am - 4:30 pm
> Second Location: Tuesday & Thursday: 8 am - 4:30 pm
JOB SUMMARY:
Along with the Community Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects for an apartment community. Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory of supplies for repairs and monthly maintenance budget monitoring.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Minimum 5 year apartment maintenance experience with 3 years of proven supervisory experience
-HVAC Certification
-CPO
-Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheet-rock & appliances
-Ability to supervise a Service team, inspect grounds, buildings & other community features, manage the turn-key operations & work directly with the Property Manager in the overall maintenance of the community
-Skilled at prioritizing workload
-Good customer service skills
-Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others & have strong communication skills
-Work with vendors and oversee ordering supplies
-Reliable transportation & provide own tools
-Ability to take after hours onâcall emergencies when needed
Experience:
-Supervisory: 1 years (Preferred)
-Maintenance Tech: 5 years (Preferred)
License:
-HVAC (Required)
-CPO (Preferred)
*Benefits: Health Benefits & PTO/Vacation Time after 90 Day Trial Basis (i.e. PTO/Vacation will accrue at a rate of one day for every completed month worked, for a maximum of 12 days per year).
