Job Title: Reconstruction Project Manageer
Position Overview:
Growing restoration company is looking for qualified individuals to lead commercial and residential reconstruction projects due to water/fire/mold. The position requires a professional appearance and positive attitude. The project manager will oversee the complete reconstruction project pertaining to the insurance claim. Career minded applicants should be looking for a solid foundation to grow within the company.
Job Duties:
Scheduling and coordination between subcontractors and clients
Xactimate estimating and negotiating
Lead any and all aspects of the reconstruction process
Be familiar with the insurance claims processes while maintaining profitability
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Minimum high school diploma
2+ years preferred experience in the restoration industry on the construction side
IICRC WRT completion preferred
Computer/App literate as we are a paperless company
Ability to be self organized and impeccable time management
Ability to pass drug screening and background check
We are highly motivated to employ US military veterans
