Atlanta Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a Business Manager. This individual will be responsible for firm operations and administration, Human Resources, IT, budgeting, strategizing and forecasting. To be considered, Business Manager candidates MUST have experience in law firm operations and management.This individual should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to build and maintain business relationships with attorneys, staff and outside vendors. A forward-thinking self-starter who does not need minute-to-minute management, but when they have questions or need help is comfortable asking for that.No day is the same in this role and responsibilities will vary, but will include overseeing finance and accounting, working with outside accountant and payroll company; managing recruiting: interviewing, hiring and when necessary, terminations, performance reviews; firm management to include working with Partners in creating budgets, participating in business strategy meetings, business development and forecasts; overseeing office operations and IT.Successful candidates will be comfortable with decision making, not be afraid of addressing difficult situations, have excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Excellent technical skills are necessary, including MS Office and QuickBooks. Salesforce experience a plus.This is a well-established law firm that provides competitive salary with bonus opportunity and generous benefits.
