We are seeking Case Managers for several law firm clients across metro Atlanta, from downtown north to Alpharetta. These are all direct-hire, permanent positions will full benefits.Case Manager will manage 100+ personal injury files at any time from intake to close. Responsibilities will include:Serving as point of contact for clients, keeping them updated about case status and ensuring that they are getting the medical treatment neededMaintaining case filesManaging calendar, including meetings, depositions, hearings, and trialsDrafting demand letters and filing appealsObtaining necessary accident and injury documentsCommunicating with insurance carriers and health care provider to secure records and account balancesMonitoring case status and keep attorneys and clients up to date and aware of approaching deadlinesPrepare and negotiate client settlements with insurance and medical providersWe are seeking an individual who is professional, efficient, organized and motivated with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Must have strong technical skills including MS Word and Excel. Case Manager must have the ability to work independently and as a valuable member of the team here. A pleasant and friendly demeanor is extremely important in this position!
